Welcome to the LeanIX Academy certification course on VSM!
This certification training will help you gain fundamental knowledge of LeanIX VSM’s key features, benefits and target personas to enhance critical use cases such as Service & API Catalog and especially, Software Bill of Materials (SBOM), and thus, understand how you can leverage LeanIX in your organization by using LeanIX VSM.
This course consists of the following sections:
Section 1, delivered by Yannik Lacher, Lead Solution Engineer at LeanIX, focuses on what VSM is, why it is relevant and for whom, how VSM is integrated into the LeanIX platform, and what are the overall targeted challenges in the development space.
Section 2, delivered by Shalini Akula, Customer Success Engineer, focuses on what is Service & API Catalog is, who it is for, why it is relevant, and on three broad steps that bring value to VSM, followed by a use case walkthrough.
Section 3, delivered by Christoph Walpert, Product Manager, focuses on what is Software Bill of Materials (SBOM), what are the pain points & needs you can solve with this use case, followed by the walkthrough and three broadly explained integrations options.
Section 4, helps you demonstrate your understanding of the necessary steps to complete the use case with LeanIX by completing an exam of 12 questions. By scoring at least 75% of the correct answers, you will earn a certificate for this training.
